What is astrology?
It's the study of the planets' movements and their influence on our personalities and our lives.
More broadly, it also includes the study of certain asteroids and fictitious points.
Part science, part intuitive art, it originated over 5,000 years ago, and has been refined and adapted over the ages. There are many branches and many ways of approaching it. My personal practice of astrology blends all the richness of my training. I don't pigeonhole myself, but I still take a spiritual approach.


What is a birth chart?
Also known as astral or natal chart, it corresponds to the position of the planets at the exact moment of your birth. It's like taking a photo of the sky at that moment, allowing you to observe how the planets were arranged. It's fixed and remains the same for the all your life. This is where the astrologer comes in, to analyze this “photo” and decode the information it contains.


Why have your birth chart analyzed?
It contains a wealth of information about your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, your needs, your ways of functioning... But also about the great trials of your life, about your karma and how to let it go, about how you can reach your full potential and in which area(s) you thrive best. Having your birth chart analyzed will help you to know, understand and love yourself better. It helps you to find a balance between all the parts of yourself, but also to understand what needs to happen, to break out of any repetitive patterns and to help you move towards what suits you best.


Is everything written down?
No, free will is always present. With astrology, we can see your strengths, your weaknesses, the things you've come to learn in this life or the major stages necessary for your evolution. But in reality, you can do what you want with them. It's as if you've been dealt a deck of cards, and then it's up to you to play them as you wish. In fact, it's up to you to lock yourself into your weaknesses, or to build on your strengths; to keep repeating the same patterns, or to understand the lessons and move on. Birth chart analysis is here to help you do just that.


Are there things that are hard to hear?
It can't be all positive. Being ready to learn more about ourselves also means being ready to understand what we lack. But there's no such thing as fatality. There is no better or worse. I bring you the information with as much kindness as possible, and my aim is really to help you make peace with yourself, accept all your parts and love yourself in your entirety. Also, often everything I tell you, you already know. You just need to hear it from someone outside to become aware of it.


What is a transit? A progressed chart? A solar revolution?
These are the three tools I use to analyze your solar year forecast (birthday to birthday).
Your birth chart is fixed and remains the same for all your life. But in reality, the planets never stop, and continue to revolve around the Sun, and therefore around the Earth. They are in permanent transit. When these movements are superimposed on your own birth chart, they form aspects with your own planet placements. These transits can be more or less long, and more or less challenging. It's mainly on this basis that I make predictions about what may materialize in your life.
In addition, I use the progressed chart, which represents the evolution of your birth chart at a given age. It gives information on what you're ready to experience, and can strengthen or weaken the effect of certain transits.
Finally, I cross all this information with the solar revolution, which corresponds to the astral chart of your personal year. This is when the Sun passes exactly where it was at the moment of your birth. I then analyze the placements of all the planets in the sky at that precise moment, and compare them with your birth chart to identify the trends for that year.


What's the point of making forecasts?
Knowing the major trends of the coming months helps you prepare for what may happen, and make the best use of the energies that will influence you.
In the case of challenging events, knowing them in advance helps to put them into perspective. I'll explain why this happens and what you should do in each situation.
In the case of positive events, it encourages you to make the most of these beautiful energies. Because astrology isn't magic, it's important to take action to make it work. For example, if you have a transit that's conducive to meeting someone, but you stay at home and don't see anyone, it won't just happen by chance. On the contrary, if the energies are moving in your direction, now's the time to get even more active to make that encounter!


Can you predict a meeting, a break-up, a pregnancy... ?
There are more or less propitious periods, stages to go through. But in reality, it all depends on you and what you do with it. As an astrologer, I always speak in the conditional tense. I'm not a psychic, and only you have the power to decide. On the contrary, the fact that there are propitious periods doesn't mean that it's impossible or more difficult outside them.


I already had my birth chart analyzed some time ago. Is there any point in doing it again?
There are a thousand and one ways to read a birth chart. It's almost infinite, and every astrologer has his or her own vision and intuition. That's why it's a good idea to have your chart analyzed by another astrologer.
Also, there are important stages in your life, and you evolve as the years go by. The analysis therefore takes a different turn depending on where you are on your path.
Finally, if you've already done an analysis with me, my own practice is evolving too, and I'm constantly learning new techniques. From time to time, I offer updates to my former clients. It's always interesting to see your birth chart in a new light.


What is affective focus?
In this session, I talk to you about the way you experience your emotional relationships, your needs, your blockages and any repetitive patterns, as well as the type(s) of person you're attracted to, and the one(s) that suit you best. This will help you to better understand the relationship you're currently in, or to better guide you in your search for a partner who's right for you.
This is not a forecast, but a global and timeless study.


What is professional focus?
In this session, I talk to you about your way of thinking/reasoning/communicating, as well as your way of being in action, your strengths and weaknesses concerning these subjects. After studying several points in the birth chart, including the Ascendant, the Midheaven, the 6th House, and their respective rulers, I draw out the different paths that might suit you best in terms of your professional career, and that meet your needs and expectations.


What is astral yoga?
Yoga is a philosophy of life based on finding unity between all our aspects, physical, psychic and spiritual. Commonly in the West, when we speak of yoga, we're talking about the physical practice, which is actually only 10% of yoga.
Because of its spiritual side, it's quite possible to associate it with astrology, which is also spiritual. Astral yoga is simply created in accordance with the astrological energies of the moment. In this kind of class, I always work on a specific theme, for example, the learning that the energies in question bring us, or an assimilation of these energies, and I anchor this in the subconscious through a guided meditation during the final relaxation


Why choose astral yoga?
In a group class, it allows you to take full advantage of current energies.
In a private class, it's adapted to your own birth chart to work on one of your issues. In other words, it's an entirely customized course based on your current energies. This complements the theme analysis, where you become aware of certain things, which we anchor through the body using yoga. Here too, a final meditation helps to transmute thought patterns.
